Jim has been with Fight For Children's affiliated company, J.E. Robert Companies, for over 10 years, serving in various positions, including Senior Vice President-Chief Financial Officer and Administration. For the last 2 years, Jim has been a key member of the Fight For Children management team, with the primary responsibility for the finance department.

Jim has more than 30 years of experience in management and finance with large and small firms considered among the leaders in their industry. In addition to J. E. Robert Companies, he has served as Director - Financial Control Department & Debt Financing Department for Hines Interests, L.L.P. (an international real estate investment, development, and management company), Vice President - CFO for Dynalectron Corporation (a NYSE international government services, engineering, construction, aviation and petrochemical company), and was Senior Manager - Consulting Division for Arthur Andersen & Co.

Jim has a BS degree with an accounting major from Mississippi State University. He is a certified public accountant and has his Real Estate License. He is married with three adult children and lives in Virginia.
