Marketing and Event Manager

Kristen Fagley joined Fight For Children in August 2008 as Marketing and Event Manager, bringing five years of experience in event planning and financial management. Her focus is on expanding the popular School Night event recently reintroduced by FFC in the Spring of 2008 as well as increasing awareness of Fight For Children's mission through enhanced marketing initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Fagley worked at National Geographic Society in the Treasurer's Office where she provided financial and administrative support to the treasurer, assistant treasurer, and director of investments. In addition, she was the director of operations for the Alfalfa Club whose annual black tie dinner is attended by prominent business and political leaders. Prior to National Geographic she worked as an event assistant for Courtesy Associates, Inc.

Outside of work she stays active by volunteering in her community, mentoring high school kids in Northwest DC, and participating in distance running and triathlon events. Ms. Fagley is a graduate of The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Hospitality Management.
