Terence Golden is Chairman of Bailey Capital Corporation, a real estate and venture capital investment company. He also chairs the Federal City Council in Washington, DC, a non–profit, non–partisan organization dedicated to the improvement of the Nation's Capital, and is a director of Host Marriott Corporation, PEPCO Holdings Inc., and The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation. In past years, he has served as President & CEO of Host Marriott Corporation, Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, and as Administrator of the General Services Administration. He was also Co-Founder and National Managing Partner of Trammell Crow Presidential Companies.
Mr. Golden has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from MIT, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He currently resides in Washington, DC with his wife, Kathleen.
